"Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan"


"Health is Wealth."
Why is our health considered to be our wealth? Why do we need to be healthy? A person who is unhealthy can easily catch diseases. To be able to become healthy, we need to have proper nutrition. We need to have balanced diet, proper hygiene and regular exercise. Even though we have plenty of money if we are unhealthy and have many diseases, are richness is useless. Our money will be spent in having medications and buying for our medicines. So what's the use of being rich if we're unhealthy? Instead of spending your money for your medicines, you can use your money for your other needs like food, clothing, shelter and others.
Personal hygiene, avoidance of vices, regular exercise, enough rest and proper nutrition are the best ways to stay in good health. So we need to live our life to the fullest. Let's maintain our good health to enjoy more our life and to avoid diseases.
Our school wanted to encourage students to have proper nutrition and to avoid having lifestyle diseases that is why we celebrated the nutrition month this July. We had many activities like food festival, nutrition quiz, cook festival and others. We students are still young so we should be healthy by having proper nutrition.
Treasure our health. Maintain our good health. Have a proper nutrition and enjoy life. If you want to have longer lifespan, have your proper nutrition.
